Exiled Sage
I come in peace. Very few know me, and very few keep me— but I come with Time, so you can hold my hand, maybe for a minute, or a quick second, maybe for a day— but ultimately, hopefully... for a lifetime. There comes a time when we should be more than friends, and there comes a Time when I should be your lifeline— more than sipping water, more than absorbing the sun’s rays, and more than a lover’s touch in the moment of quiet desperation. If I seem to bother you, then I have no business ruminating in your turf. If I sit on your throne and that creates chronic itching, then I shall return to my exile. My words are bold and clear— as bold and clear as the starry night in the illumined fades of each Summer's day. I write with the dagger— the dagger that pierces through the heart, not with the aim to kill you, but to aim... to awaken you— so you can write me with your hands, onto those who drown in the waters of jagged ignorance. Blare me through the winds of change, and amplify me through your own mouth— that brings a biting Glory, that chews out the stubborn reverie of Time.
