Even When I Break
Even When I Break There are days I don't rise I just float, Barely above the ache in my chest. Where my silence speaks louder than screams, And smiling feels like betrayal. I carry worlds no one sees, Memories that echo in quiet rooms. But I still breathe, still blink, Still whisper, “I’m here.” I am the softness after the storm, The fragile strength in cracked glass. Even when I break, I glimmer, Even when I fall, I rise differently. Not whole. Not untouched. But real. And still mine. — J.U ✍️🖤
