Epiphany
My anxiety gives me more problems I need to obliterate The negativity destroying my psyche like a daily barrage of bombs Depression and sadness return repeatedly only to retaliate Trying as I may to face every challenge and every qualm How many more battles must I face till I'm at war Imprisoned in my own mind, like stuck in a camp How must we grovel and cry before we address our poor Happiness and a smile on my face I will have to stamp Life is like a song some say strumming on a sad guitar The hardest part is trying to find a symphony Yet we still seem to aspire to shine as bright as a star Like lights flickering, I become shrouded with impossible epiphany I meet new faces and see new sights on my minds own interstate I wonder if many I see truly see how much we all possess to appreciate (Co.
