Endless Tears
As the Sun shined in the sky, A smile plastered on its face, Tears streamed down its bright face. But was it tears of joy? It continued its happy days with a smile, Even the bad days, giving out kindness and funny jokes, but the tears were dried, still visible on its yellow cheeks. But was it happy? Its tears were full of hurt, Full of empty, Full of brokenness, Full of loss in worth, Full of no emotion. But why was it like that? In a crowd of close ones, it stood alone. Left out from the whole group but still smiled, Had a home full of love from the unknown and unpredictable, Lost in a forest with large canopies and no one to help, smiles. Tears of joy were long gone, But it wasnt always like this. With no emotion left, the smile vanishes, Tears are as thick as blood, The color of death flickers in its eyes. But tell me why, This resembles me.
