Endless Itch
My chest caves as I walk into that room that one room in the back of my head that I dread I hate that room I feel myself shaking I feel the sweating starting to linger I feel my breathe quicken and I start to cry the scratching starts the endless scratching to to get whatever is in my head out Scratch my chest, my elbows, my head, my hand I scratch until I bleed no room for anything else I worry too much that little room growing bigger and bigger I need someone to pull me out and help with the room get me out of this room yet I can't I panic it hurts I can't stand anymore I bleed more people start asking questions the tears don't stop I can't make it end I can't anymore its all I think about but with one breath and one final scratch its over just one cut just one shot just one rope and im free from this itch as I feel the cold metal on my arm the shaking stops and the warm pours out I breathe twice more before one last breath and I close my eyes and the world stops thats it lights out no more tiny room and no more anything my chest is no longer caved and I can finally stop scratching that itch.
