Empath
In realms unseen, where shadows dance, Resides an empath's tender trance. A heart that weeps, a soul that feels, Bound to emotions, it reveals. In crowded streets and quiet rooms, The empath walks, absorbing glooms. A symphony of sorrows deep, Their burdened spirit yearns to keep. They sense the whispers left unsaid, The silent tears that hearts have shed. With open arms, they bear the weight, Of others' joys and woes innate. Yet as the sun sets in the sky, The empath yearns for respite nigh. For in this world of vibrant hues, Their spirit can't help but bruise. The struggles mount, like crashing tides, While empathy their heart abides. A delicate dance, a fragile art, To shield oneself, yet play their part. But through the trials they endure, Empaths find strength and love secure. For in their battles, they arise, With empathy as their greatest prize. So let us cherish their gentle hearts, Their empathy, their noble arts. For in their struggle, we may find, A glimpse of grace, a love aligned. "Inkerbell"
