EKE
I have tasted storms that echo my name, a Trouble knows my voice, we are one and the same, a War lives within me, a quiet burning flame, Each day I rise, though nothing feels the same. Abandoned roots, yet I stretch toward the sky, Wishing they could see the strength I carry inside, I walk alone, with no safe place to hide, Still I chase a path where my truth won’t be denied. I must conquer self, the world, the unseen fight, Turn every loss into a blazing light, My flaws, my edges, make my soul ignite, Eke stands firm, refusing endless night. A fragile smile paints beauty over pain, My scars reflect story I can’t restrain, Loved by many, yet lost in silent chain, Haunted by hearts that may return with hidden stain. Still, I rise— warrior carved in flame, Each wound a proof I’ve survived the game, Though I can’t trace every scar or name, I endure, unbroken—Eke remains the same.
