Echoes of Wisdom
In the depths of youthful desire, I find, A longing for a love, one of a kind. Yet wisdom whispers, gentle and clear, Not all desires are meant to appear. For wanting without wisdom is in vain, Sometimes patience is the only gain. To yearn until the longing fades away, For not all wishes see the light of day. So I ponder why the teenage heart, Fixates on love, playing its part. But now I see, with newfound sight, Not every want leads to what's right. Like a phone or love's sweet embrace, Timing is key in life's grand race. So I'll wait for the moment, sublime, When destiny aligns with the right time. This lesson learned from my mother dear, Her words of wisdom, crystal clear. For in her guidance, I've come to see, The beauty of waiting patiently.
