Echoes of unequal life
Endless comforts, endless options, Here we are contemplating with a roof above. Sulking on the missed opportunities, Disspirited on the choices and finding remedies. We walk in light with no chains binding us, We dream big dreams with nothing weighing us. With freedom so vast, That we could be careless about the past. While we mourn on the lost choices, There are people out there with no voices. With chains weighing down on their dreams, Without a roof, open to life's cruel schemes. Life's not the same for everyone, The difference in struggle is evident to none. We hold the keys to the door of our home, While others path is just meant to roam. While our worries fade out with the raising sun, The hardship then begins to some. We speak our minds with no fear to hide, While silence rules where hope has died.
