Echoes Of Blame
The words hang heavy, a leaden weight, "It's your fault," they echo, sealing my fate. A storm inside me, a tempestuous tide, Washing away all sense of self-worth, I hide. But whispers rise, a gentle, calming breeze, Reminding me that truth is not always these Harsh pronouncements, these judgments cast so wide, I am not the sum of every error inside. There's a strength within me, a resilience I find, To rise above the blame, to leave it behind. For I am more than the mistakes I've made, I am worthy of love, of hope, unafraid.
