Dry Drowning
I was safe. Or I believed I was. Nestled in a fortress, Built from my own comfort. Then it began. First, there were the clouds, They bore a foreboding hue. The solitary window, Cared not for the gloom it displayed. Then, it was the wall, It began cracking at the edges and black, viscous sludge oozed forth. "Oh" Before I knew it, I was already drowning.
