Drowning

Someone help me I'm drowning, I've took in so much I can breathe underwater. the sun seems so far away in this darkness, I reach for the surface but only fill my lungs with more water. my hands and feet press against the water as I swim, growing paralyzed as I remain in the same place. When will I collapse to the bottom? will I slowly sink for an eternity? someone save me from myself.
