Drifting Deaf Season
I am deaf and mute, ๐ Chronically ill, ๐ No words to spill, ๐ No sound to thrill. ๐ Silent whispers, ๐ Unheard cries, ๐ Invisible pain, ๐ Hidden sighs. ๐ Isolation's embrace, ๐ Loneliness my friend, ๐ A world of silence, ๐ With no beginning or end. ๐ But within this silence, ๐ A language I have found, ๐ A symphony of thoughts, ๐ In my mind's playground. ๐ Words may fail me, ๐ But my heart still speaks, ๐ Through the rhythm of my breath, ๐ In the language it seeks. ๐ Though my voice is absent, ๐ My spirit remains strong, ๐ In the face of adversity, ๐ I continue to belong. ๐ For I am more than my limitations, ๐ More than what you see, ๐ I am a warrior of resilience, ๐ Defying all boundaries. ๐ So do not pity my silence, ๐ Or underestimate my worth, ๐ For in this world of no tone, ๐ I have found my own rebirth. ๐
