"Drift In Time"
I guess people move on, while I linger, experiencing time differently. For me, it slipped by in moments of joy, rushing past like a fleeting dream. But maybe I was just running, selfishly turning away from the world, watching it move on without me. Stuck in my own head, wondering how life could have been. Mistakes weigh me down, anchoring me in time. Maybe that’s what I wanted, to be left behind, to fade with my regrets, to disappear along with my wrongs.
