dreams of the fall
I dream that before we see the fall Autumn will drop the ball This is my innuendo of an autumn decrescendo I dream that when we see the fall The leaves will stay on the trees like a miracle call Billions of leaves decide not to fall Not going without their tree of life for once and for all I dream that the fall will go fast The air will be clear and less will fear the pass Everyone anew as the breaking of a cast Closest to our true selves at last I dream that one day I'll walk upon streets of gold and never grow old Lest that I live the effort I give isn't enough for his test I pray he sees I proved to be more than a jest That I tried my best
