Dreams
In the web- series Heeramandi Lajjo said, "Dreams are a woman's foe" A truth learned through pain, and heartache's woe Dreams that teach us to live and to be Haunt us till death, a bittersweet melody Our dream is to touch the moon's pale glow Even attaining you, will forever be a dream to know We are flawed, you are the moon's pure light Unreachable, a celestial body, in the dark of night In a moment's glance, I saw grand dreams unfold Forgot my own reality, and made the moon my own to hold.
