I dream of you in the night and day, I can’t bear to leave, I want to stay, On another planet, feeling like I’ve won, Opening to you like a flower to the sun. I dream of us and I feel at ease, Drifting away on the calmest seas, Love and laughter are still not enough, Holding you close when the sea gets rough. I dream of life and time well spent, Both of us knowing just what it meant, The clock moves on but we stay the same, Growing closer as the seasons change. I dream of you and I dream of me, I dream of all that we could be, I dream of us in an endless sky, I dream and everything feels right.
