dream vs reality
Why I Hated My Alarm Reason Because in dreams, you stayed with me You looked at me like the world had stopped, like time existed only for us. Every second stretched, infinite and i live every single moment with you But in reality, I am just another strange for you lost in the noise you can’t even hear, wandering through mornings that feel too sharp, too empty, too unkind, where shadows wear your face and laughter dies before it reaches me But in dreams, we sat together— hand in hand, heart to heart, and I touch your hair the universe itself seemed to pause, just to watch us exist. But reality universe put oceans between us, oceans I can’t cross, where alarms scream like ghosts, reminding me that the world is cruel, and the one I love is a mirage. So I hated my alarm. Not because it woke me— but because it killed the my only world where you were mine, where my soul could breathe with you Maybe one day, I’ll stop running from reality, and learn to live in its cold truths. But until then, let me sleep, let me dream, let me bleed quietly in the only place you exist, where time bends, and love, even in silence, is enough to make the world whole.
