Dream of Spring
In winter's icy grasp, dreams unfold, A canvas blanketed in tales still untold. Where frost-kissed petals lay in slumber's cling, Yet in the melancholy of silence, a hopeful spring , A whisper, a promise on the wing. Beneath the moon's cold gaze, farewell takes flight, A dance of shadows in the pale moonlight. As frigid winds weave tales of ancient lore, The heart's ember flickers, seeking something more, In winter's grasp, resilience shall restore. Silent notes echo through the frost, Where crystal tendrils in elegance accost A canvas of silver, the world draped in white, Yet beneath the surface, a flame ignites, A dream of spring in the longest night. Beneath the icy cloak, life's pulse remains, A dormant promise, awaiting the gentle rains. The days short and gone, but not in vain, For leaves may die, yet they shall rise again, In winter's grasp, the seeds of change sustain. Amidst the frozen silence, revelation unwinds, Of strength unseen, where hope eternally binds. In the coldest hours, when shadows wane, A dream of spring, a beacon in the bane, A testament to hope, breaking winter's chain.
