Dream
Eyes shut, world appears, Not real, but I linger here. Love blooms, strength takes hold, Wealth and wine, stories told. Dreaming, I'm dreaming, this feeling so deep. Treasures found, hard to forget, Fine dining, moments I won't regret. Portraits, castles, steeds I ride, I stumble, a figure stands nearby. Cold hands, a chest like stone, A gaze that holds me, I'm not alone. Is this love at first sight's art? Reaching for berries, high above, A scent so sweet, like promised love. I fall so far, a sudden drop, "Wake up!" a voice, then it stops. Lying, turning, staring around, This place is real, on solid ground. Dreaming, I was dreaming, this feeling. by kimone.p,
