Drag me to hell
Everything that I once felt for you is dead In hindsight, I am realizing that when you spoke to me that I should have never even turned my head You've become my biggest mistake My worst regret My misery You filled me up with empty promises and led me on to believe Never was it really love You used me to try to fill your voids But your soul is full of holes and your words are just white noise I painted you a man when in reality, you were a beast a handsome face on the surface with a grotesque monster underneath I once was afraid to be alone and what in darkness, unseen stirred Now I realize it's peaceful and quiet and I am better off left undisturbed You convinced me of a binding and like a vampire sucked me dry You cut off my wings and took them away Thinking they would make you fly You tried to trap me in your snares and tried to seal my fate but you didn't realize that I could see through your disguise, and that you were much too late You think you know me all so well, that you could drag me down to hell But it's just a waste of time I wasn't completely entranced Better luck with your next victim and your fake romance
