Down The Rabbit's Hole
Once I found a rabbit's hole, I bent down for a better view, entranced by its wildness, I fell and lost my shoe! As I was tumbling to my fate- I realized I had never been so late, to a place I did not hate. I chased a white rabbit in zig zagged lines, Met the Queen of Hearts in her concubines, and an angry man with a funny hat that was crazy as a loon- Then I walked and spoke with a Cheshire cat for the rest of the afternoon. And as I was looking through my looking glass, for the exit I'd surely passed, I stumbled on a lonely caterpillar, breaking from making his cocoon- He was taking an opiate rocketship away to the moon- And I thought to myself, how beautiful it was to see, even the addicts in Wonderland, can change from great sorrow to butterflies...just like me.
