Don't wake up

Athena once said power and love have it's limits and that might be true, love might be in the moment, a fairytale. but if it's a dream then let me sleep, let me float in limbo away from reality, away from reason but stuck to insanity. don't wake me up from this mental drift at least then I'll still be in your arms at least then I can still hold her hands and feel the warmth in her eyes, the calming relaxation from her embrace or how her smile brings out the better in me. Just let me dream
