It has taken me so much pain and sadness to learn this, i dont have to hide my feelings or emotions for the people i love. They are valid im allowed to be sad. Im allowed to be hurt or in pain, and if that upsets someone who says they love me, then they are lying you cant love someone and then tell them not to feel anything. You can't love someone and then make them numb to the world. That's not love. that's manipulation. You're tricking them into believing you. Tricking them into being there for you and then silent when you dont need them. Im valid my feelings are valid. My emotions are valid.
