But he's never hit me-- It's still domestic violence, your abuser will use every tactic to keep their deeds hidden with your silence. When he tells you that you're ugly or that you are fat, When he tells you that you're stupid and worthless- I hope you honestly know you're better than that. And if he does hit you, I hope that you find the strength to get away. Someone that loves you would never put their hands on you that way, domestic violence is domestic violence. And there's not a single reason to settle or stay. He can tell you that he will change, he can make you his wife- But, believe me love, he never will. He will only ruin, or worse, take your life.
