do I sound crazy?

silently I crawl, maybe not away from you but away from myself I cannot stand my thoughts or the battles I've fought do I sound crazy? while most people run away from me not because their afraid of me but because my thoughts sound crazy to them I don't understand my thoughts either I try to be polite but maybe that's not enough I've kept this feeling for too long I don't know exactly what it is but it's very bothersome, does anyone know? I truly hope someone knows, but other people's thoughts amazes me do I sound crazy?
