life is not easy when your childhood is separated weekly your parents are divorced you have two houses one phone four dogs no logs no fireplace in the back no family to relax no joys to celebrate together no memories not haunted by fighting no holiday happy double the gifts that separate each day Christmas is that day Christmas Eve with my mom and Christmas with my dad it's tough having both and it makes me really sad but I keep on going on and I deal with it weekly even if I want to stay at one but I have to make a peace treaty and stop my parents from arguing and try to fix the problems knowing I won't and knowing it causes me harm I'll go through it and I'll do it anyway cuz it feels as if I can't escape four more years than telling me to you four more years of this tragedy four more years to deal with the yelling four more years to do with the not celebrated two more years till I get a job too more years till I save up two more years tell I'm free two more years until I'm like a tree four more years to freedom of waits I look at the future and I see those pearly Gates four more years of this is tragedy for my years of my suffering four more years till I've done four more years tell I run
