Dissociation

Everything will soon be a memory It will eventually come to an end. But even in the moment it feels so fast And it's too much to comprehend. It feels like a dream that's not in my head I'm Dissociated from reality. I don't understand why I feel like this But it's really not that concerning. It's confusing me how one can feel numb But be full of emotions too. I don't know how I feel, I'm so unsure And I'm getting very confused.
