Different
I’m different, perhaps in a good way or not. I’m no longer the type who gives love to others like candy—not even opened yet to see what hearts hide inside, quietly. I’m different because I learned things along the way, and it made me different in a cold way. I’m different because I don’t belong here, because I know I belong to a better place. I’m different, so I’ll let you know, I’ll become something when I grow. Something that will carry my name for the world, to see the skies I flew into, through the heavy clouds i fought my way through.
