DID I JUST LOSE MY FIRE?
Since I was young, you were always in my dream, At the center, where I'm struck by a beam. Ears covered—there’s applause and endless scream, Hands held tight as I bow for what I achieved with the team. Suddenly, a splash of water runs through my vein, Starting from my feet, rising up to my brain. Is it sweat, tears, or droplets from the rain? Or is this what I feared—the end of my reign? So confused, I hear voices, a crowd like a choir. They’re trying to inspire me; to ignite me is their desire. But I feel there's no one I want to admire, And then I realize—did I just lose my fire?
