Devil Cries
In halls of power, where darkness dwells, Evil men conspire, as corruption swells. The greed consumes their souls, they sell, Morality discarded, as power compels. Their hearts are hardened, virtues flee, The world, a puppet, at their decree. Scheming, conniving, with deceptive guile, In pursuit of power, they eagerly compile. The Devil watches, delighted, as they squirm, His laughter echoes, their souls now firm. But a glimmer of hope flickers in the night, United we stand, against their malevolent might. The time will come, when justice prevails, Their empire of deceit, eventually derailed. For evil may rise, but good will stand strong, Together we'll resist, against their wicked throng. So let us unite, in the face of their disdain, With truth as our weapon, we'll break their chain. For the corruption of the government, we'll defy, And restore honor, as the Devil cries.
