Depth Remembrance
There is some depth to me, Not in the size of a shoe box, Nor a pool filled with kids splashing water. You can bring a teacher with a ruler, Employ science and curious minds. It's found in the tiniest of crevices, Shy nooks and vanishing spaces. Busy minds and traffic jams may not find me. But-- Those who befriend the slow lane and the innocuous sloth, may find me half awake. There is a part of me that needs you. Not in the size of an island, Nor a far distance lover. But in the size of what most eyes can't see.
