Depression

I'm in my pajamas, from dusk until dawn. I look out the window, half of the day is now gone. I stay inside, I lock my door. I turn off the lights, and cry on the floor. ( If anyone has ever experienced depression then you know how terrible it can make you feel. I know first hand how hard it is to deal with. Just know you aren't alone and help is avaliable.
