Depression
Depression is a feeling that's hard to shake, It can make you feel like you're drowning in a lake. It's a weight on your shoulders that's hard to bear, And it can feel like nobody really cares. It's a dark cloud that follows you around, And it can make you feel like you're stuck on the ground. It can steal your joy and your will to live, And it can make you feel like you have nothing to give. But know that you're not alone in this fight,And there are people who will help you see the light. You can take small steps to break free from the pain, And with time and support, you can find joy again. In the depths of a melancholic abyss, Where shadows dance and sorrows persist, Lies a weary soul, lost in its distress, Enveloped in the embrace of darkness. A weight upon the spirit, heavy and immense, A cloak of sadness, devoid of pretense, The tempest of despair, an eternal dance, Constricting the heart, suffocating its sense. Like a withered flower, devoid of bloom, Depression's grip engulfs the room, A numbing coldness, a relentless gloom, Eclipsing the light, sealing one's doom. In the silence of nights, when stars retreat, Whispers of anguish echo, a sorrowful beat.
