Depression
In shadows deep, as seconds pass, Time's cruel dance, a gloomy cast. Depression's whispers, a relentless tide, Eroding joy, where hope may hide. A once vibrant soul, now draped in gray, Emotions suffocating, fading away. Worthlessness creeps, a silent hymn, A somber dirge, the light grows dim. The sunsets weep in hues of despair, A melancholy symphony fills the air. Each heartbeat echoes a hollow sound, In the realm of sadness, we are bound. A fragile spirit, worn and torn, In the gallery of sorrow, a portrait is drawn. Mist-covered dreams, elusive and fleeting, As time unfurls, relentless and defeating.
