You can try but you cannot deny the flesh has a mind of its own that wars with the spirit within. depression is a reflection of the battle many cannot see but all feel deep within as if there's no escape no path to win. do you understand what truly scares you do you understand what truly drives you do you believe you are in control of your thoughts and if you're not in control of your thoughts then where does your thoughts come from? starve the body awakens the soul. do you know why we feel depressed do you know why we dread death because it is not the spirit that dreads death it is the flesh. do you know why you're glutton of anything and everything which destroys you because the flesh wars with the spirit and tries to destroy you, you the spirit not you the flesh,you egotistic maniac. which burdens the minds with fear worried and doubt boasting with clout setting us up for the fall from Grace. embrace your morality embrace your mortality fools across the land demanding eternity. and you wonder why there's misery,agony , and everything that's bad and evil runs rapid because we're running from Death we fear death we're scared of death speaking from the flesh of course. why desire anything but peace . silence ?
