"depersonalisation"
I wander through the world in a daze, An observer of my own life, in a haze. My body moves but I feel detached, As if I'm watching a play, that's unmatched. The world seems surreal and strange, Like I'm walking through a dream, out of range. My thoughts are distant and hard to grasp, As if they're floating away, in a gasp. I try to connect with those around, But I feel like an outsider, unfound. My emotions are muted and hard to feel, Like I'm numb to the world, it's unreal. Depersonalisation, my mind is split, Like I'm watching from above, in a fit. I long to feel grounded and whole, But I'm lost in this state, without control.
