Demons
Demons In shadows demons lurk but they remain unseen, Whispers of taunts, so cold and mean, Demons of the night, with their eyes that gleam, Their presence in a nightmare, a haunting dream, Claws sharp like daggers, teeth cut deep like a knife, Demons feed on fear, doubt and despair, Their twisted forms a sight that is so rare, They thrive on chaos, they destroy our life, In the depths of the mind, demons often dwell, Spouting out lies as they cast demonic spells, Demons they prey on the weak, their growls roar so loud, Leaving a sense of emptiness in a storm filled cloud, Demons they twist and turn, as they distort all reality, Creating a mass panic, as they breed insanity, Their words hit deep, leaving scars unseen, Voices of pure evil with a taunting scream, In nightmares they dance, as we get lost in their trance, In the dead of the night, demons come to play, Spoken words whispered in our ear, as they lead us away, They disguise in human form , we get fooled at first glance, Demons they wander through the night, becoming more vile, Their eyes filled with burning fire and grey smoke, They lurk in the unknown, casting the darkest of nights cloak.
