Happiness is easy to define but hard to explain. Its the warmth of a mother And The smile from a father Happiness is the moments we cherish The victory in our presence And the absence of defeat The blessings like presents And the ones that make us leap Happiness is so close to love Its the brother we encourage And the sister we adore A joy we could never Ignore Happiness is excitement with tears A baptism over due A lost sheep surrounded by cheers The commands we know to be true Happiness is sweeter than honey and brighter than gold It's the oil for annoniment And the price for our soul Happiness is fleeting in this world It comes and goes never to stay The struggle and hardship overcrowd it and choke Makes it all the more reason to never lose hope In the end we ask and we pray For the world where Happiness is always here Forever lasting and never far away
