definition of beautiful

I am told I am beautiful because I am skinny and have pretty eyes I do not think I am beautiful everyone who says I am has not seen the scars that litter my arms nobody has seen how I pick at my skin and how I cry in the bathrooms at school but I "look pretty" I am "beautiful" how does one define beautiful
