defeated
she walks around with such a tough exterior which results from having to portray herself inferior. from lies betrayal and pain that repeats she can no longer hide the hidden defeat. she walks around with strain in her neck from standing so proud. but deep down she's continuesly treated like a unwanted dog in a pound. her shoulders begin to shrug and her back begins to bend. she may be stronger if she could turn to a single friend she looks to her left and her right and is reminded she's alone in this fight her only defense is that of her own for depression has settled and has rapidly grown her legs go weak and knees buckle in for sadly this depression might just win.
