Death
Last night, I met Death. He's not what you think. He was kneeling next to a stag Next to a withered tree I asked him, "what happened? Why is this stag next to this tree?" He said, "it was his time to go. There was no rhyme or reason, It was just his time to go." I asked Death, "how is this fair? Won't its family be sad that he's gone?" Death just shook his head, "This stag was in a great deal of suffering. His time was near, and I'm delivering him to A better place." A better place? Does everyone go there? "Yes," says Death. "But it's not scary. I'll be with you the whole time." He then disappeared into the night sky, Along with a stag-like spirit. It gave me comfort, though. Knowing that Death was with me the whole time.
