Drugs are not the way.. They will only make it worse. Trust me . I know because this is the version of you.. who didn't slow down.. who didn't take time.. and now im sitting here with so much bottled up that I wouldn't even know where to begin. Step one sounds like a good idea.. but being willing to face all of that head on hasn't happened yet.. it's too much. So do us both a favor and please start dealing with it now..
