Dear Heat
Dear hottest Your highness Or should i say your highest? We appreciate the heat As i feel the warmth of the summer days But do spare us As skin cancer cells Just observe from a distance Dark melanin taking a toll As the sweat makes use Of every pore to torture you Heat evaporating from all over The heat makes Water becomes in need Of which it is your Friend indeed The sun even argues With the wind and cloud As they just either lay low. Or clear the sky blue Dear heat, spare us
