Dead darkness
As I sit here in the pitch-black, in the dead of night, silence lurks and gives me a fright. I absorb the darkness that caresses my banal, blue eyes, all while the brattle of thunder shot in the background. The wind scream and it blows, whistling a specific tune. I close my eyes only to see the same old darkness that overcame me ever so soon. 30 Jul 2023
