Day and Night

Can day and night be friends? Think twice before you say anything, I thought they can never get along, But I was wrong! They do share a thing. Day is revealing, night is mysterious, Day is bright, Night is dark, Day is productive, Night is not, Day has fire, Night has spark. Even after the qualities of day, No one likes the scorching heat, No one likes the engulfing fire, So tell me, is the day alone complete? Even after the adventures of night, No one likes the deserted street, No one likes the unnerving cold, So tell me, is even the night alone complete? Then, after that, comes the evening, When day and night meet passionately, The best setting for every artist, The time which is praised greatly. I have learnt to admire this dusk, It's a proof that day and night gets along, It's a proof of an eternal relationship, And with this, it's proved that I was wrong.
