Dawn From The Edge Of Time
I think I would love to see a dawn from the edge of time. Ten trillion suns adawning, now that would be sublime. But all is lost forever of this ancient tale untold; An echoed endless whisper, watching space unfold. The birthplace of the universe would be a sight to see. And it would be more beautiful, if you would come with me. Our spacecraft would be traveling as fast as we could go, but the distance to that wondrous site, no one can really know. There would be great voids in the vastness of deep space, As we traveled to a different time in that distant place. Time dances there in rhythm to a universal chime. It's patterns would be beautiful: a cosmic paradigm. When we reached our destination, our earth would long be gone, And as for us fellow travelers, we would be alone. Far into the future past, we would have already come. For it would take a trillion years to get us there from home.
