Daughter's cry🥹🥹
Mercy, Holy Ghost, I cry, In this season, where shadows lie, I am weak, and the path is steep, A soul in turmoil, restless, deep. I am insufficient, frail, undone, Chasing dreams, yet feeling none. But now I see, with clearer eyes, It takes a spirit to reach the skies. The same that raised Christ from the dead, Alive within me, by faith, I’m led. Quicken my body, my spirit, my soul, Breathe life, Lord, make me whole. Help me submit, though it’s not easy, My desires, my will, they tempt and tease me. Kill the selfish thirst inside, And help me surrender, cast my pride. Align me, Lord, to Your divine will, Hold me steady, calm my still. In this battle, be my guide, Mercy, Holy Ghost, be my stride. This poem reflects the struggle, surrender, and prayer for alignment to God's will, asking for strength and mercy. Let me know if you’d like to adjust any part of it!
