Dark night
You came like dusk on silent feet, With lips of wine and whispers sweet. Your eyes held secrets, wild and deep, The kind that kiss me in my sleep. A single touch — the world stood still, A spark, a sigh, a ruthless thrill. My soul you took, without a word, Like midnight songs I've never heard. You are the sin I never confessed, The storm that dances in my chest. The poison I would choose again, To drown in you, in love, in pain. We burn where angels fear to tread, In tangled limbs and things unsaid. In every breath, I beg to fall— To lose myself inside it all.
