Dance of life
In the dance of life, we seek to break free, Yet chains of expectation bind you and me. We chase after dreams, but what do they mean, When the path is obscured by a veil, unseen? The choices we make, are they truly our own? Or echoes of whispers from seeds that were sown? In the silence of night, when the world fades away, Do we hear the truth that our hearts long to say? This power, this force, is it friend or foe? A mirror reflecting the depths we don’t know. It teaches us lessons in joy and in pain, Yet leaves us to ponder what’s lost in the gain. We wear our masks, play our roles with finesse, But beneath the surface, we yearn for the rest. To break from the strings that keep us confined, To dance in the light of a truth unrefined. So let us question, let us explore, The nature of freedom, what lies at its core. For in seeking the answers, we may just find, The power to free our own hearts and our minds.
